Exchange and Return Policy

This policy applies to all orders purchased from the VOIID website:

Exchange and Return Request Period

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

Exchange and Return Fees

The fee for exchange or return is SAR 40, which covers the cost of two shipping waybills.

Process

• Within Riyadh: pickup and delivery are handled by the same courier.
• Outside Riyadh: pickup and delivery are handled by two couriers:
  • one courier for pickup
  • one courier for delivery

Processing Time

The exchange or return process takes 5 to 7 business days.

Conditions for Accepting Exchange or Return

The product must be:

• unused
• in its original condition
• with all original packaging and tags

Cases Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

Requests cannot be accepted if:

• the product has been used
• the product has been washed
• the original tag or packaging is missing
• the product has been damaged due to misuse

Returns

After receiving and inspecting the product, the return request will be approved if all conditions are met.
